This is a type of dashi miso called liquid miso. We selected a kind of discharge container to keep the miso fresh. It is also called akadashi liquid miso. The main characteristic of this kind of miso is the rich flavor and umami taste of Hatcho Miso that is prepared by MARUSAN.
＜What is Hatcho Miso?＞
Soybean miso uses only soybeans and salt as ingredients that have been aged for a long time. It has a deep reddish brown color, moderate acidity, and strong umami flavor, with a uniquely bitter and astringent taste. Registered number 49 under the Japan Geographical Indication protection system.
