What is SOYMILK

-
Soymilk is a beverage in which soybeans are soaked in water, ground, then water is added and boiled down, and the liquid is filtered.
Like tofu in Japan, records of soymilk go back a long way in Chinese history. In recent years, soymilk drinkers are increasing due to awareness of the health benefits of soybeans through promotional activities, and manufacturers have further improved the quality of soymilk through improvements in processing technology and aseptic packaging technology to reduce ""bean odor"" and ""astringency."Source: Japan Soymilk Association

We produce and supply many types of miso including bean miso, rice miso, barley miso, awase (blended) miso, etc., not only Japan but also overseas.
Going forward, we will continue to provide products that match various tastes to contribute to people’s health through miso.
