CREAMY SOYMILK CARBONARA

Rich tasting creamy pasta without eggs or cream.

Ingredients

  • 100g spagehetti

  • 1/4 onion

  • 3 pieces of mushroom

  • 1/8 broccoli

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/2 tsp (3g) salt

  • 1 tsp (4g) olive oil

  • [A] 200ml MARUSAN SOYMILK UNSWEETENED

  • [A] 1 1/2 tbsp MARUSAN MISO PASTE (White type if available)

  • [A] 1 tbsp flour

How to Cook

    Slice garlic, onions and mushrooms. Cut little broccoli florets off the head.

    Boil water in a pot and cook pasta for 1 minute less than package directions. Add broccoli with 2 minutes boiling time left.

    Add olive oil and garlic to the frying pan, and cook on medium heat. When the scent of the garlic comes out, add onions, mushrooms, and salt.

    Continue stir frying until onions soften, add boiled spaghetti and broccoli.

    Add [A] to 4 after mixing well, heat until thickened.

Heat up after mixing in soymilk, miso paste and flour well so it won't get lumpy.
