
CREAMY SOYMILK HOT POT
Soymilk and miso paste are a great combination!

Ingredients

1/2 onion

1/4 carrot

2 stalks of asparagus

1/4 broccoli

50g mushrooms
-
400ml MARUSAN SOYMILK UNSWEETENED

1 tbsp (18g) MARUSAN MISO PASTE
-
(White type if available)

1/3 tsp (2g) salt

Coarse ground black pepper

Olive oil 1/2 tbsp

[A] 200ml water
-
[A] 4g vegetable broth powder
How to Cook

Cut onions, carrots and asparagus into bite size pieces.
Cut little broccoli florets off the head. -

Add olive oil to the pot, and add onions, carrots, mushrooms, salt. Then cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Continue stir frying until vegetables soften, add [A] and heat until boiling.

When it comes to a boil, add asparagus and broccoli, then turn the heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes. Add soymilk and miso paste (white) and continue heating.

Add black pepper to finish.
After adding soymilk, heat up enough so it does not boil.If it boils, it will separate.
