DOUHUA TOFU PUDDING

An old-fashioned Taiwanese dessert.
Put [A] in a pot and whisk. Cook on medium heat while whisking. When it comes to a boil turn the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour 1. into a heat proof container and place in the refrigerator when the dough cools down.
Make syrup while cooling dough. Put [B] into a pot, turn the heat to medium, and dissolve brown sugar.
When 2. has cooled, scoop it out with a spoon. Top with items such as mango, mashed sweet bean paste, or walnuts. Finally, pour syrup.
When cooking over the heat, constant stirring prevents it from burning on the bottom of the pan.
