VEGITABLE SOYMILK CURRY

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 100g MARUSAN STEAMED SOYBEANS
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 200ml MARUSAN SOYMILK UNSWEETENED
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • [A] Half can of chopped tomatoes
  • [A] 1 tbsp MARUSAN MISO PASTE
  • [A] 1 tbsp curry powder
  • [A] 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup

How To Cook

  • 1.

    Cut onion into fine pieces. Grate carrots, garlic, and ginger.

  • 2.

    Add olive oil to the flying pan, then stir fry onions, garlic, ginger at medium heat.

  • 3.

    Continue stir frying until onions soften, add grated carrots, soybeans and [A]. Cover with lid and heat for 10 minutes.

  • 4.

    Add soymilk and heat.

After adding soymilk, heat up enough so it does not boil.If it boils, it will separate.
Increase the amount of curry powder for a more spicy taste.
