1/2 onion

1/2 carrot

100g MARUSAN STEAMED SOYBEANS

1 clove of garlic
-
1 piece of ginger
-
200ml MARUSAN SOYMILK UNSWEETENED

1/2 tbsp olive oil
-
[A] Half can of chopped tomatoes

[A] 1 tbsp MARUSAN MISO PASTE

[A] 1 tbsp curry powder

[A] 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
How to Cook

Cut onion into fine pieces. Grate carrots, garlic, and ginger.

Add olive oil to the flying pan, then stir fry onions, garlic, ginger at medium heat.

Continue stir frying until onions soften, add grated carrots, soybeans and [A]. Cover with lid and heat for 10 minutes.

Add soymilk and heat.
After adding soymilk, heat up enough so it does not boil.If it boils, it will separate.
Increase the amount of curry powder for a more spicy taste.
